  • Completed services that have been delivered as per the agreed scope.
  • Partial or ongoing services where substantial work has already been performed.

2. Conditions for Refunds

A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet commenced, and a cancellation request is submitted in writing within 3 days of payment.
  • A significant delay or failure in delivering the service, for reasons directly attributable to Design Automation Solutions.
  • An agreement is reached between the customer and Design Automation Solutions for specific cases not listed above.

3. Refund Process

  • Name and contact information.
  • Description of the service purchased.
  • Reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Dissatisfaction with the service due to reasons not related to performance or delivery.
  • Changes in the customer’s personal or business circumstances.
  • Failure to provide the necessary information or resources required for service delivery.
